The plan includes the idea of offering pathways for recreational football in schools and clubs to keep more girls involved in sport.

It also includes a number of stats on the growth of the girls game: 

- the ratio of boys to girls playing football has dropped from 6:1 to 3:1 over the last six years. 

- 39% on UEFA coaching courses are female 

- 9% of women volunteers at clubs
