U17 A Sunday boys team travelled to Matero, outside Barcelona to play local team from Premià da dalta club. It proved to be a very competitive game with Beechwood finding the back of the net twice before the home side equalised five minutes to final whistle. 
The competitive sport continued throughout the weekend with many playing padel tennis and golf for the first time. Credit due to the few brave lads who finished off the weekend with a dip in the sea!
