Dear parents,

The Facilities Manager at Alexandra College has asked us to share with teams and players: 

No metal studs should be worn on the sand-based hockey pitch and Astro in Alexandra College. 
This is an Astro pitch meaning that Astro Runners or Astro Boots need to be worn. 

Using blades or metal studs cause significant damage to the sand-based hockey pitch and astro surface, and pose a safety risk to the players.

Also no dogs are permitted anywhere on the Alexandra College grounds. Please don't take them along for drop-off/pick-up. 

Our access to these training facilities relies on maintaining a positive relationship with the school. Please ensure all players and parents respect these rules so we can continue using the grounds.
